Mark "Farcus" Ferrara - keyboard/vocals

Farcus began playing piano at the age of 8 and wrote his first song at the age of 10. Two years later Farcus turned to drums and started his first band at the age of 13 called Equinox. Four years later Equinox disbanded and Farcus went on to drum for a number of different cover music projects. After high school and during college Farcus continued writing and recording his own material and assisting others in the studio while playing for a variety of bands including a progressive fusion act called Neurotica, an Irish/Country Western trio as well as a cover rock band called The Boys.
Farcus returned to playing keyboards with the band Ferrara, which featured bass player Brian Gustafson, drummer Paul Mack, and current Breaking Point bassist Robbie Baird on guitar, playing some of the top venues in Boston and the East Coast enjoying occasional radio play on major radio stations. When Ferrara disbanded Farcus continued playing keyboards and singing in various cover bands including Peaches and Diesel, Bobby’s Big Oh, and a blues trio named Tight Fit. After a brief hiatus Farcus received a call from Breaking Point's bass player Robbie to audition for Breaking Point. Although he didn’t get the job Farcus shows up for practices and gigs regardless.
